Marketing Manager

Our Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind our creative campaign marketing efforts. This role is all about building strong relationships with our OEM partners and delivering engaging, impactful marketing that communicates the value of technology solutions in conference room and hybrid workspaces. From content creation and campaign execution to event marketing, our Marketing Manager will wear many hats, ensuring our brand is represented in a fresh and dynamic way.

Experience Desired:

  • Marketing Generalist: Well-versed in creating content for various platforms—social media posts, blogs, case studies, emails—understanding the unique voice and goals for each.
  • Creative Content & Campaign Marketing: Ability to conceptualize, write, and execute creative campaigns and briefs, focusing on storytelling and communicating the value of our products.
  • Partner Marketing: Proven experience managing relationships with OEM or similar partners, acting as the main point of contact, and collaborating to build joint marketing strategies.
  • Event Marketing: Experience planning and executing events that showcase technology solutions to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Self-Starter & Educator: A proactive problem solver who loves to learn and independently finds solutions. You’re resourceful and always ahead of the game.
  • HubSpot Experience: A plus, but not mandatory.
  • Agency Experience: A plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on partner marketing, campaign management, and/or event marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to clearly communicate product value and benefits while still telling a story.
  • Experience in the tech or communications industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative, curious, and a natural problem-solver with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for OEM partners, building strong relationships and creating joint marketing campaigns.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing strategies, including social media, email, blogs, and case studies, to drive engagement and lead generation.
  • Plan and execute events that showcase our products and drive brand awareness.
  • Craft compelling campaign briefs and content that communicate the value and benefits of our conference room technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of messaging and marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Be a proactive and creative problem-solver, continuously seeking ways to improve marketing processes and outputs.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adapting strategies based on data and market trends.
  • Help shape the marketing team’s structure and processes, contributing to how customers and partners experience our brand.
